Brain Gym
Kinesthetic education or Brain Gym is an approach that enhances skills and stimulates capabilities. It offers an experiential learning based on movement and observation through playful and creative activities. Brain Gym courses aim to teach how to assist others and oneself in managing stress, releasing muscle tension, and rediscovering the joy of moving, learning, evolving, and succeeding.

Edu-K 1 – The 26 Movements

Edu-K 2 – Balances
- The 5 stages of a balance
- The purpose of a session

Edu-K - Optimal Organization
- Lateralization, laterality, pen grip for right-handers and left-handers
- Preference tests (eyes, hands, legs, hemispheres) through observation
- 9 variations of energy exercises
- Balancing for dexterity
- Expansion balancing to access one’s resources
Edu-K - Movement Dynamics
It allows for the understanding of learning blocks and the use of kinesiology and kinesthetic education techniques for rebalancing. You will work in 4 domains:
- Structure (body, muscles, movements, posture)
- Personal ecology (our relationship with the system we function in: lifestyle, nutrition, habits…)
- Emotional (emotions, stress, fears, limitations)
- Energetic (circulation of energy in the acupuncture meridian system).
