Psycho-emotional Kinesiology

Initially inspired by the Three In One Concept, Psych-K gradually evolved into an independent approach, retaining only a few key ideas. Today, Psych-K is a modern in-house discipline ideally suited for practitioners on our continent.

This course teaches us how to communicate with the body to assess conditioning, injuries, or family heritage that hinders us from reaching our goals. The diversity of strategies used (acupressure, nutrition, symbols, mental imagery, positive affirmations, floral essences, NLP, Chinese meridians and energy techniques, visceral techniques, massages, physical movements, role-playing, etc.) addresses the various interactive aspects of human beings: mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual.

Psych-K Level 3
